TRUFFLE-HUNTING TOUR
Go behind the scenes of the world's most secretive business. Take a tour of a Provençal truffle plantation, learn how truffles are cultivated and truffle dogs are trained, and go on a hunt for France's elusive "black gold" with professional hunters who know all the tricks of the trade. You'll be regaled with stories of successes and sabotage, and learn to tell the difference between a real Provençal tuber melanosporum and its inferior Chinese and Italian counterparts. 

Tours are followed up with a sampling of black truffles accompanied by a glass of Champagne. Then, of course, is the special truffle menu, featuring a truffle burger stuffed with foie gras and bacon, served with truffle french fries and all the regional wine you care to drink. Plus dessert and coffee, of course!
TRUFFLE MENU
Our magnificent truffle burger is modeled after Daniel Boulud's recipe. It is stuffed with foie gras, bacon and truffles, then topped with still more truffles. Truly decadent!
 
We serve it with french fries garnished with grated truffles and all the regional wine you care to drink.

85€ per person winter, 75€ summer
Includes: Truffle-hunting tour, Champagne and truffles on toast, lunch with truffle menu and all the wine you care to drink (menu at left).
